As much as we’d love to offer returns or exchanges, we usually can’t, unless your order arrives damaged. But don’t worry—we’ve got your back if anything goes wrong!
1. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Our handmade pieces come with their own little quirks, like slight variations in color, shape, or texture—this is part of what makes them so unique and charming! So, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Minor design differences that come from the magic of handcrafting.
- Change of heart or personal preferences.
- Oops, accidental damage after receiving the item.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your Kings Blue Cake order! If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it. To help us take care of it quickly, please send us:
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Your order number and proof of purchase.
Once we’ve got all the info, we’ll happily offer a replacement or a refund (whichever works best!).
3. Order Cancellations
Since our products are made especially for you, we can’t accept cancellations once the order’s placed. So, be sure to double-check everything before you hit that “confirm” button!
